When you choose what you love most, furniture is ordered, and the custom items you choose, like bumpers, crib skirts, and curtains, are made especially for you in our workrooms. What Baby Decorator will do for you is coordinate the entire design plan to bring you a charming custom nursery. Smart, clean, and contemporary or charming traditional furniture styles that are incorporated in our nurseries are also for sale directly to you in our Nursery Catalogs. Working with a decorator to coordinate your planning and purchases will save you time and money, and eliminate the possibility of costly mistakes. The process is a simple one. An initial design consultation over the phone (203.255.5153) is free of charge. For fabric swatches and coordination of color, fabric, and furnishings there is a fee of $350 in person or by phone. This fee is absorbed into your order of items costing $1000 or more. After measurements are taken you will receive a drawing of the room which explains your furniture placement. This eliminates questions about what will fit, what goes best where to make the room as comfortable as possible. The process continues until the last lampshade is installed and your new baby comes home to the nursery.
